Tomford Tailor is a luxury tailoring brand based in Chiang Mai, Thailand, providing bespoke tailoring services and ready-to-wear garments to international and local clients via our online platform.

2. Product Orders

  • All products and services are subject to availability.
  • Custom and made-to-measure garments may take longer to deliver, as stated at the time of order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order based on inaccurate pricing or stock availability.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in THB (Thai Baht) and may include applicable VAT.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase via secure checkout unless alternative arrangements are made in person.
  • Accepted online payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
  • We also accept offline payments at our physical store in Chiang Mai, including:
    • Cash (Thai Baht)
    • Local bank transfer
    • QR code/PromptPay
    • Credit/Debit Card (in-store terminal)
  • For offline custom tailoring orders, a deposit may be required. The balance is payable upon final fitting or delivery.
  • Customers selecting bank transfer as a payment method must email proof of payment to support@tomfordtailor.com with their order reference.
