  • Custom and made-to-measure garments require a production lead time of 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.

5.3 Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic (Thailand): 1–3 business days via local courier.
  • International: 5–10 business days via DHL, FedEx, or equivalent courier service.

5.4 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery speed.
  • Free standard shipping may be offered for orders over a specified amount, subject to promotional periods.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
