  • Custom and made-to-measure garments may take longer to deliver, as stated at the time of order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order based on inaccurate pricing or stock availability.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in THB (Thai Baht) and may include applicable VAT.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase via secure checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic and international shipping is available.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided during checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
  • Custom and tailored garments are non-refundable but may be eligible for alterations.

6. Redeem Voucher Policy

At Tomford Tailor, we value our clients and strive to deliver an exceptional bespoke clothing experience. Our voucher system is designed to provide convenience and added value for both gifting and personal use. Please read the following policy regarding the redemption and usage of vouchers:

6.1 Voucher Eligibility

  • Vouchers may be issued through promotions, special offers, or purchased directly from our website.
  • Only one voucher may be used per transaction, unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Redemption Conditions

  • Vouchers can be redeemed exclusively on the Tomford Tailor website: www.tomfordtailor.com.
  • Vouchers may be applied to both custom tailoring services and ready-to-wear collections, unless specifically restricted.
  • Vouchers must be applied at checkout before payment is completed.
  • Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

6.3 Expiry and Validity

  • Each voucher has a clearly stated expiry date and is valid until 23:59 (GMT+7) on that date.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated or extended.

6.4 Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the recipient they were issued or gifted to.
  • Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund.
  • Unused balance will not be refunded or carried forward unless stated in the voucher terms.

6.5 Minimum Spend or Product Restrictions

  • Some vouchers may require a minimum spend or may apply only to specific products or collections. These conditions will be clearly mentioned in the voucher description.

6.6 Returns and Cancellations

  • If you return a product purchased using a voucher, the refund (if applicable) will be issued as store credit, not cash.
  • If a voucher was used in a transaction that is later cancelled, it will be reinstated only if the cancellation meets our return/refund conditions.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any voucher if fraud or misuse is suspected.
  • Misuse includes but is not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, false identities, or unauthorized voucher sales.
